Free shipping

Every Bald Claus order ships for free.

Where we ship

United States, Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Switzerland, Sweden, France and Germany.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 8–14 business days after shipping. Delivery times may be longer during holidays, peak season or due to carrier and customs delays outside our control.

Holiday deadlines

To receive your sweater in time for Ugly Sweater Day (December 18), place your order by December 3. For Christmas, order by December 9. These dates are estimates and not a guarantee, since carriers can be delayed in December.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you once your order ships, and you can also follow it on our Track Order page. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first update.

Wrong address or lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, contact us and we will help you resolve it.

Customs and duties

For orders shipped to the United States, import duties are included in our prices — you won't be asked to pay anything extra on delivery. For other countries, local import taxes or fees may apply depending on your country's rules.
